Great customer service. Gustavo takes his time to explain the complexities of my tax return to me. I have a corporation with lots of expenses and equipment. He took the time to recommend the best options for me. I learned about depreciation and why it's the best way for me to list my equipment on my tax return. We must have sat in his office for about two and half hours. I really appreciate that he took the time to walk me through my return and explain what he was doing. We went ahead and did my personal return while we were at it. He is very thorough. I called ahead and asked what I needed to bring in, the person on the phone was very friendly and even emailed me a list of expenses to help me organize it all before I went in. I felt his prices were very fair, especially considering all the effort he put into my returns.

This man lied to my face ! Called for a quote said this number got there did not respect it , whatever did my taxes, come to find out all my information has been used elsewhere. My taxes were frauded

Dani J.Los Angeles, CA12827421May 11, 2020I called twice to confirm if they had authorization for I-9 services, and this is a specialty service. They confirmed on the phone twice that they could. I drove the 30 minutes to their location. They printed the needed form. They then informed they could not. Poor service! Waste of time and energy. I am saddened by the bad communication.

We do not do immigration services and never have. This person must have us confused with someone else. We have never done any of these services. We specifically deal with taxes, corporate taxation, and IRS representation. As the representative of my parents' business and upon investigating this claim thoroughly with our employees and representatives who would answer the phone, none of us have ever serviced this person ever at our Chino location. Such an act by any of our employees would never fly under the radar especially post-tax season and especially given this is a family-run business with only four employees. We, all attest to the above. If we had erred, we would admit to it and apologize profusely. Given our trajectory of professional service in our specific industry, we would never delve into immigration services nor have we ever had any interest in providing such services. Our record speaks for itself.

Ive had to call a few times over the past few months with random tax questions, and ive always gotten a quick response. The woman in the front, Jen, was also so helpful and had wonderful customer service, she left me feeling taken care and almost like I made a friend.
